Our 3-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 3-day return policy. You have exactly 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be in the exact condition you received it:
- Unused and unfired.
- In its original, undamaged packaging with all accompanying accessories, cases, and tags included.
- You must be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email our support team directly at lightersmode@gmail.com.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization and a formal return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect piece, contact us right away at lightersmode@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Used Smoking Accessories: Any classical pipe, cigarette case, or lighter that shows signs of use, striking, or filling cannot be accepted.
- Personalized Items: Custom-engraved or special-order pieces.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to secure the exact piece you desire is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once that return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
