  • All orders are verified and processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify your order details before dispatch.

Our 4-Day Delivery Promise

We value your time. Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within 4 business days anywhere in Pakistan.

  • Deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday during regular business hours.
  • Unforeseen circumstances with local courier partners or extreme weather may cause slight delays, but we will actively track your package to ensure it reaches you as swiftly as possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

To provide a seamless purchasing experience, we offer Cash on Delivery across our entire catalog. To ensure a smooth handover:

  • Please have the exact cash amount ready for the courier upon arrival.
  • The courier rider will typically call you on the provided phone number before attempting delivery.
  • Packages cannot be opened prior to handing over the cash to the courier, as per standard local logistics policies.

Real-Time Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on our parcelsapp.com page to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or if the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address, email, and active phone number are completely accurate at checkout.
